What is your shipping schedule?
I go to the post office once a week. Most of the time, orders are shipped out within one working week from the time they are ordered. If you need your order in a super rush, feel free to contact me, and I will see what I can do.
I'm in a super rush, and I want to pay extra to have my items shipped express. What do I do?
Please contact me ASAP so I can get to processing your order faster! I will do my best to help you out, but occasionally I am unable to accommodate rush orders for the order processing time. I have added USPS Priority Express Shipping options to the check out, so once your order is ready to ship, it will get to you as quickly as possible.
What if I live outside of North America and I want to place an order?
Please contact me and let me know what country you live in! I will do my best to accommodate you and add the option to ship to your country in the check out. I like to mail international things via USPS First Class International, which is the most affordable option. This normally takes anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it!
I package each order with love and care, but sometimes things happen outside of my control. If your package arrives damaged, broken, missing items, etc, please contact me. I will do my best to replace the order/refund depending on the situation. I do not accept returns, but if your items are 100% in the order they were received in, I will accept exchanges for store credit.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
This webshop is powered by Squarespace, and payments are processed through Stripe. I promise to never use any of your personal information for any other purpose other then filling your order!
